Jeff Paul: Some Observations from VGK Development Camp

Have to wonder if VGK move out a larger (Cap reduction) contract or two, will there be some youth ready to fill 4th line sorts on the roster - Have to think the VGK brain trust would like to see some of these young guys start looking for rosters spots>

As the "core group" or Fluery, Stastney, Pacioretty, Stone, age there needs to be some youth to keep the team in contention

It would be a stretch to find forwards who could step in this season, but on D there are a few that could in Schuldt, Bischoff, Whitecloud, and Hauge.

If Zdeno Chara is 6'9", as listed, why would he strive to be 6'8"?

Vegas better hope some of the younger guys work out. There will be bodies out the door very soon that must be replaced
